সালপিনাইটিস

সালপিনজাইটিস হল এক ধরণের পেলভিক প্রদাহজনিত রোগ যেখানে ব্যাকটেরিয়া সংক্রমণের ফলে আপনার ফ্যালোপিয়ান টিউব প্রদাহের মধ্য দিয়ে যায়। ১০% মহিলা এই সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হন এবং দীর্ঘমেয়াদে ফ্যালোপিয়ান টিউবের মারাত্মক ক্ষতি হতে পারে।

অসুস্থতার লক্ষণ

- দুর্গন্ধযুক্ত এবং হলুদ যোনি স্রাব। - শ্রোণী অঞ্চলে ব্যথা।
- ডিম্বস্ফোটন, সহবাস বা মাসিকের সময় প্রচণ্ড ব্যথা।

রোগের সম্ভাব্য কারণ:

- স্যালপিনজাইটিসের বেশিরভাগ ক্ষেত্রে যৌনবাহিত রোগ এবং ক্ল্যামিডিয়ার মতো সংক্রমণের কারণে হয়।
- অঙ্গের সেই অংশে ব্যাকটেরিয়া ছড়িয়ে পড়তে পারে বলে ওই স্থানে অস্ত্রোপচার করা হয়।

রোগের সম্ভাব্য চিকিৎসা (দয়া করে একজন ডাক্তারের সাথে পরামর্শ করুন):

- প্রায় ১৪ দিন ধরে অ্যান্টিবায়োটিক।
- টিস্যু বা ফ্যালোপিয়ান টিউব অপসারণের জন্য অস্ত্রোপচার।

Salpingitis

Salpingitis is a type of pelvic inflammatory disease where your fallopian tubes go through inflammation as a result of a bacterial infection. 10% of women face this issue and severe damage can be done to the fallopian tubes in the long term.

Symptoms

- Foul and yellow vaginal discharges.
- Pain in the pelvic region.
- Pain during ovulation, intercourse or during menstruation.

Possible Causes:

- Most cases of salpingitis are caused by sexually transmitted diseases and infections such as chlamydia.
- Surgery in the area as bacteria can spread to that part of the organ.

Possible Treatments (please consult with a doctor):

- Antibiotics for a period of around 14 days.
- Surgery to remove tissue or the fallopian tube itself.
